Life 2.0 L.L.C - FZ, trading as The Water Bar, looks after your information for The Morning Party and The Water Bar.

This page says what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do. It is meant to be short and plain.

The law that applies to this page is the law of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Your name and email, from when you sign in: with Google (and then your Google profile picture), or with a 6-digit code we email you.
• Your membership status: which plan, and when it renews or ends.
• Your bookings and check-ins.
• Drinks the crew recorded for you at the bar.
• Your choice about emails, and when you made it.
• If you send a brand enquiry: the company, contact details and moment you chose, and the agreement you accepted.

If you pay before you sign in, we keep the email you gave Stripe so we can connect your membership to you when you sign in.

If you talk or type to the AI voice assistant, the help box or the hydration coach, what you say is sent to our AI service so it can answer you.

In the app, the assistant keeps the drinks you like, your last questions and your recent conversation on your account, so the conversation carries on. You can clear this at any time on the Account tab.

Separately, we keep the questions and answers for 90 days, with no name and with emails and phone numbers removed, to improve the service. Then they are deleted.

The coach does not keep your health details on your account. Your phone remembers your weight and whether you chose female or male, so you do not type them in each time. You can clear them in the coach's card in the assistant's chat ("Forget my weight and sex on this phone"). Nothing you tell the assistant while the coach's card is open is kept on your account.

When you tell the sun about a drink you had (what you liked, how you felt, when you'd have it again), we keep a note of it on your account, so he can suggest something you'll enjoy next time. This is part of the membership terms you agree to when you join. The brands whose drinks we serve see these notes as totals and anonymous quotes, never your name. You can see, change or delete your drink notes on Account.

Feedback you give on drinks and events, and the drinks people prefer, is shared with our sponsors, performers and trainers in totals, never with your name.

We do not hold your card details. Stripe holds them and takes your payments.

We use seven services to run the app. Each one handles some of your information for us.

• Google for signing in.
• Stripe for payments.
• Supabase for the database.
• Vercel for hosting.
• Anthropic for the AI voice assistant, the help box and the coach.
• Deepgram for the voice: turning speech into text and back.
• Resend for sending emails.

Some of these services are outside the UAE.

We use it to run your membership, take your bookings, welcome you at the door and answer you when you write to us.

We keep it while you are a member, and for a reasonable time after. We keep records in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Our events are photographed and filmed. The pictures are used on the brands' own sites and social media.

If you do not want to appear, tell the crew on the day. To have a photo removed, speak to the management team or email gaia@inspiredbeingco.com.

We email you about upcoming mornings and news only if you said yes. Not answering counts as no.

Announcement emails go only to people who said yes, or to past guests, who can stop them with one click on the Unsubscribe link in every email.

You can change your mind any time with the switch on the Account tab, or by emailing us. Emails about your membership itself, such as a receipt, are not marketing.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to us and we will help.
