How a morning falls into place
You arrive, you get active, you set sail, you dance, and The Water Bar pours. Each part sets off the one after it.
At the dock from 9:00. Hip hop yoga, high intensity training or a guided dock walk. It changes from event to event.
At 10:00 we set sail. The DJ party on the water, in daylight, with people who are properly awake.
Back at the dock from 11:00. The music keeps going, with drinks.
The Water Bar pours. Your water is included: bring your bottle to fill, and skip the single-use plastic.

Founder of Swish DXB, the UAE's all-girls basketball community, and an event host and MC. She leads Get Active at the dock on Sunday 1 November.
